Hi, my spouse recently had a stroke, so getting bulk orders delivered is much easier for me. With the addition of gourmet options alongside other brands, my cats now have a better selection. I just couldn't figure out how to apply my discount from my points, though.
I attempted to use my rewards, showing over 2000 points. When I tried to redeem, nothing happened. After reviewing the instructions, I emptied my basket, but only 500 points appeared and I couldn't redeem them. Logged out and tried again—still nothing. I ended up placing my order anyway but will think twice next time. I later received a message from a representative who kindly resolved my issue. I’m satisfied now. Thank you!
I’ve been a regular customer for a couple of years and always been happy with the service until today. I’ve been bombarded with emails offering a Black Friday discount only to find the products I want are sold out. It happens but what was very disappointing was the offhand way their customer service department responded when I rang asking when the products would back in stock and if they would be offering a similar promotion or extending this one. They couldn’t have cared less and basically said “tough but we won’t help you”. It showed me they don’t value their customers
