Be careful of the small print!Ordered over £500 off line flooring paid £60 for home delivery. When the company they hire to deliver turned up with the wood they said it’s road side drop off only. £60 to bring it a few miles along the road??? When I called to complain direct flooring said it’s in the SMALL print in t/c. I said bet it’s in the SMALL print, very small!
Basically mislead by staff regarding return policy.Area Manger failed to contact me, even though their head office said he would. Having now to deal with it through consumer rights.Not holding my breath for anything positive, bottom line is the flooring is okay, policy appears to be get your money, keep your money and ignore customer complaints. Would never shop at Direct Flooring Falkirk again.
