When I was looking for a treadmill I viewed lots of models and websites and JTX stood out for their range of equipment and full descriptions and videos if each model. The price was great and the delivery service was excellent and the aftercare with customer care has been prompt and helpful
Just received and put together my new JTX Ignite AirX Rider. It took me about 30 mins to unpack and assemble. This is super easy as the instructions are simple to follow. I've only ridden 20kms as it is only a day old. A few little tweaks to saddle height and angle, sorted the correct reach for my height and have to say I'm super impressed with this piece of kit. Great value and good quality. Now looking at a treadmill to add to.my home gym.
Great customer service!I had to decline the first delivery of my Sprint 7 treadmill due to damage caused by the courier, with no fault of JTX.The customer care team dealt with the issue quickly and to my satisfaction.On to the machine. The Sprint 7 treadmill was a refurbished model, not that I could tell by looking at it. The first time I turned on the treadmill, I couldn't help but smile. This thing was so quiet! If I weren't looking at it, I wouldn't know that it was running.The build and quality of the treadmill are well above the price (not that JTX should raise prices); it is excellent value for money.I highly recommend both the company and the products.It is early days, I have only had the treadmill for a week, but loving it. Just be careful with the speed; this thing moves, and combined with the incline, provides a good, hard workout.
The delivery service was appalling. They twice failed to deliver as agreed and still managed to take up a lot my time with their confusion, contradictory statements, etc. Whilst the customer service team were polite, they didn’t answer the phone and weren’t prepared to reimburse me for about 90 minutes of my wasted time. I cancelled the order and, on the basis of the above, would not recommend using their service.
I did a lot of research before buying the JTX sprint 7 and was very impressed by the value for money, quality of machine & level of tech included. So far the treadmill has lived up to my expectations; it’s very impressive, and I’m very happy with it. Good customer service and delivery as well!
Fast delivery,excellent delivery service.clear instructions. Put 4 stars just because after setting up I was expecting it’ll be more quiet due to some reviews, but it’s SOO NOISY ,I have this annoying clicking sound every time I walk so I have to put my headphones on the almost max not to hear it. (Tried to strengthen the screws but still doesn’t work,really disappointed)
My machine is great. The delivery was less so, as I asked for an afternoon delivery and it turned up in the morning. I was also unable it use it for a week, as I had to wait for help to get it out of the packaging. It was too heavy for me. However, now I can use it, I am very pleased with it and look forward to many years of enjoyment. Thank you.
