Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered my item and it has been over a week and nothing has been shipped. I tried contacting and their response is "its on the way". How can it be on the way when USPS has not receive the item.

Sizes are too small and Bad quality

Sizes are too small. Material is garbage and customer service is horrible / nonexistent. I was charged $25 for three pants that I returned. I was not given full $$ spent. The pants were unworn and in same condition as I received.

I had the best customer service…

I had the best customer service experience with Dirty Minds. I accidentally picked the wrong color on a pair of sunglasses I purchased for my son as a gift and was worried I would have to wait until they arrived to return them. I emailed the company and within two hours they fixed my order and were so kind and timely!! I will absolutely be ordering again!
