We’ve purchased over 10 pairs of DirtyMids’ baseball pants over the years and the last ones’ seams along the back already appear to be coming undone after only one tournament (two games); this has never happened with any of the other pants we’ve purchased. That said, I reached out to their customer service and they promptly responded back and offered to provide a replacement. It’s great when a company stands by their products the way DirtyMids does!
Dirty mids makes amazing products with amazing quality. Their signature dirty mids pants offer a snug, yet stretchy fit that makes me feel confident on and off the field. Their necklaces are also my favorite due to their swag factor that helps ne stand out on the diamond.
Dirty Mids has some great gear that my baseball player loves to wear! He accessorizes with the jewelry, and looks flashy in his shorts and hoodies. I really love the sliding mitts and their entire Faith collection! Top to bottom, this is the gear for your athlete!
Absolutely terrible customer service! Shipping is thru usps and is like a snail. After receiving the pants which btw are super off on sizing. They run super small. My son is 5'6 145 and the mens small were TIGHT AS HELL!.When I reached out to ask for assistance in my return they were not willing to assist me in the exchange. Even after I said I would pay for expedite shipping myself. Waiting for another company to emulate this product, ad someone will and thrn I don't have to deal with such a terrible company. I also think thr pants are overpriced for the quality. Oh and there us Absolutely no stretch.
