Ordered Nord VPN 2 year subscription with offer of £60 Amazon voucher. There were some issues over initially not getting the voucher but on followup, voucher sent and apology for the mix up. A good offer but just a little mix up hence 4 not 5 stars.
It does seem all cashback offers require a manual interaction with Customer Service to be issued (I had two last year and neither was automatically received), but after contacting Customer Service, Ricardo was excellent and promptly issued my gift cards after providing proof of purchase.
Whilst my reward tracked and everything I never received the gift card, Ricardo was very helpful and offered me a gift card to any retailer so their service is very good but as long as you keep track of your purchases. Excellent service otherwise and appreciate the speedy response.
This review is for the company which handles MailOnline Discount Codes as well as many other organisations who offer retailer voucher incentives. My wife and I have received several Amazon vouchers over the last few years following bookings for TUI holidays using the provided links. In total these vouchers have totalled £1530. In two instances the holiday bookings did not track successfully for some reason, but with a bit of patience, several emails, and with the willingness of the support staff (especially Pierre) to investigate we successfully managed to obtain the promised vouchers (£500 in total). On the occassions where the bookings tracked successfully, the vouchers arrived automatically a little after 2 months from the completion of the booked hoildays. Following our last holiday, completed on the 28th September I decided to contact customer support on the 28th November requesting if the voucher production could be expedited. Pierre responded to my email very late on the same day requesting some details of the booking which I emailed back to him on the 29th November (mostly screen shots as the booking had been made online and no paperwork provided by TUI).. Pierre responded on the 1st December asking which retailer's voucher I would like to receive; I asked for an Amazon voucher and less than an hour later received my £350 voucher.BRILLIANT SERVICE from PIERRE!In summary our experience over the years is very positive. The system does occasionally fail, usually failure to track the purchase (booking), but then the customer support team seem able and willing to resolve the issues. When the holiday booking tracks successfully then the promised voucher is sent out automatically a little after 2 months following the return from holiday. We are bemused by the large number of complaints made against this company; we have ALWAYS received the promised voucher, admittedly on occasions after having to rectify failures in the tracking system, but on those occasions have always found the support staff very willing to assist in resolving the issues,
