Global savings group rewards delivered right

Hotukdeals had the link to claim cashback for B&Q and even though it was a 4 month wait which was correctly committed by the global savings they did deliver what they promised and getting the cashback was a cake walk. Thanks to Ricardo for the help.

Brilliant customer service.

I had a slight issue where I’ve later found out a technical error had stopped my voucher from reaching me. Ricardo responded quickly, remedied the problem and I got the voucher really quickly. Excellent customer service and really efficient! I will absolutely be using again for online purchases.

I didn’t receive my Gift Card on the date I was expecting, so I contacted Customer Services, I received a reply back asking for some more details. I sent the additional information and it was sorted quickly and efficiently by Ricardo. His emails were clear and precise and I received my Gift Card within two days. Thank you Ricardo.
