This is a fraud

This is a fraud. I bought two pairs of jeans that claimed to be new. In the offer and the advertising it was written that I will soon get my NEW pair of jeans. When they arrived I was shocked to find the jeans were used and one of the pairs was in a very poor condition that cannot be worn. I wrote several mails asking for refund of my return postage in full compliance with their return policy. I got ZERO replies! At least they have refunded the amound payed for the jeans so I will not open a case against them.AVOID at any cost!

Waiting for refund

Efficient ordering and delivery. Good update on order by texts. Product returned as did not fit. Followed returns procedure including signed for return. Sent by post 22 October but currently (5 November) still not been refunded to my card. Order number 3276.

Terrible

Ordered 2 pair Levi's and one pair Wranglers 19/9. Got acknowledgement straight away. Communication sucks never answer the phone and little response via e mail. Told they had been posted several times up to 29th Sept , finally arrived 8th October with only one pair of Levis not 2 as ordered yet packing slip shows 2 pairs. Wranglers are so wide they look like clown trousersTried to contact company no answer so will have to take it up with Paypal, do not buy from them,

Ripped off!
