Review Time
I recently ordered 2 pairs of Levi Jean's, 1 pair were clearly second hand being frayed around the bottoms. The other pair were 30" waist when I ordered 34", I returned them but did not get the postage refunded which I think I should have. The service is quick but I am left disappointed.
Ordered two pair of Wanglers on Invoice No 6285. One of the two pairs had obviously had the wrong size label stitched into the jeans. In stead of 32” inside leg they were 28” obvious mistake. However I am upset that I have sent two emails to the sales team and Oliver Hawkins to ask what I should do and would they pay the return postage. Both emails have gone unanswered waiting over two weeks for a reply. Not happy. Wayne.Ollie, has since got back to me. Telling me he was out of the country, he said for me to send the wrong size back and he would replace. I did this with instruction documenting the correct size I wanted as a replacement. A short time later a replacement pair of jeans arrived, again the wrong size. I have since notified Ollie of this and asked that I can send the Jeans back for a full refund and 2 x postage refund. I have heard nothing back. This has cost me well over £50 for a pair of jeans I can not wear.
Paid £54.99 for a pair of Levis, money taken out of my account immediately but the jeans never arrived. No reply from customer service.UPDATE - I'm pleased to say this payment has now been refunded in full after the proprietor got in touch, possibly prompted by this review
Easy to search items and easy to place the order. Good email confirmation and on-line order tracking. Quick delivery. One item did not fit (note: Levis 36" waist can differ between styles!) so I returned it and got a near immediate refund. Great experience from someone who likes jeans and hates physical jean shopping:)
ordered two pairs on Wednesday but since having payment confirmation have heard nothing else about my order. have messaged but no response so beware about buying anything until I had a further review that I have received my items. will give it two more days before I escalate it with paypal.Have since received but jeans were dirty
