Order #2909Ordered pair of jeans for my relative but size didn't fit. Returned package back to the seller and emailed for confirmation though I saw it was accepted back by the seller - so far 0 response. I see that I'm not the first to be fooled. 72Eur waisted away. ABSOLUTE SCAM!
Ordered pair of Levi's 501s. Product that arrived was secondhand and frayed, but there was no mention in the add or on the product page that the jeans would be secondhand.Tried to contact seller: the number on the site doesn't work. They haven't responded to email. I messaged them through PayPal - no response. I've now raised a claim with PayPal to get money back.
ORDER #9235. RUBBISH SERVICE. PAID £96.00 FOR TWO PAIRS OF LEVIS. EVENTUALLY ONE ARRIVED. TINY. WOULDNT FIT A CHILD. LABELLED INCORRECTLY AND HAD MUD ON THE LEG. HAVE NOW SENT THREE EMAILS, CALLED BOTH THE MOBILE NUMBER, 0800 NUMBER, THE CHAT FACILITY FROM THE WEBSITE AND NO RESPONSE. CLEARLY A SCAM. DONT TOUCH THEM.
Ordered 2 pairs of Levis - over a week later they arrived and were unwearable. Supposedly my size ordered but too loose at the waist and stupidly long and baggy. Material did not feel quality despite the Levis label. Emailed with complaint - no response from a company who boasts of their support and care for customers. Bought a pair from JL instead, £10 more but zero comparison in terms of quality. I await a refund.
Don't normally order from websites advertised on Facebook but seeing it was a small company I thought it worth my support in the current crisis. Ordered a pair of levi 501 jeans and paid an extra £10 for delivery to France. prompt delivery but what arrived did not seem like genuine Levi's. cut and size wrong couldn't get in to them despite actually wearing an "identical " sized genuine pair at the time.had to fork out another 15 euros for return post so almost £25 wasted on a pair of jeans I don't think are genuine. Beware
Paid £190,15 for a 5 jeans of Levis, money taken out of my account immediately but the jeans never arrived. No reply from customer service. Order #7272UPDATE - I'm pleased to say this payment has now been refunded in full after the proprietor got in touch, possibly prompted by this review
