Back in the years we had UTS and internet/wifi was superb. Our Government had the briliant idea to sell this and now we face constant bad connections for days! What the hell happened with our Telecom officials or Government Bureau of Telecommunications? Seems nobody cares at all and are not tackling this at all and you have to pay every month for the worse services ever in our life time!

I am now a week without internet

I am now a week without internet, as are my neighbours! I have wasted hours and hours every day trying to get someone at Flow to do something! There are plenty of people to speak to, on the phone and by WhatsApp, but no-one who can tell me anything at all useful, just stuff like ‘escalated’ and ‘high priority’ and then nothing! From what I gather they have no contact with their technical team at all…. They have said as much! This is beyond bad service and unbelievably unprofessional! Be warned!

Shitshow FLOW INTERNET ON MOBILE

Unriliable. Both 10gb for 10 days. Normal function is that you can install the e-sim on you phone and that the days are counting from the moment that it firth makes connection. Not by flow. It start counting as soon as you insert the E-sim. So suddenly you are out of data. Customer service will not accept whatsapp outside office hours. It deletes the messages. And if someone picksup you question and you are not responding because of lack of data they just close you call. What a shitshow it is.

They better stop with advertising and commercials and put this money in their service. The service is just as bad as there products. The only reason I stay is that I cannot switch my existing phone number to another provider.

Its been 5 months no internet in…

Its been 5 months no internet in Dunbarton Discoverybay. No flow technician running any wires to fix the big issue reported several times to flow customerservice. All they do send someone to your house to look and tell you the same thing. That "its a big issue on our box on the pole. We are working to resolve". Yet you dont see anyone working on the issue. They all claim they escalate the reports of no wifi in the area but it remains the same and they have the gall to be charging you monthly and stating its automatic. How can you charge for no service. The OUR should look into this.

One star is still too much.

One star is still too much.No internet for a week and called the support every day several times. Never someone picked up and if you choose the "faster assistance by whatsapp" that they call you back, this service call never arrives. The poorest service i've ever experienced... wait... there is no service... how should that be called... maybe ignorance or so.

The unauthorised deductions

I have been a flow customer for years an throughout the years there services have gotten worse an worse to the point were I had to switch to digicel and as of recently its seems as if they're stealing/deducting credit off of my flow sim which I got about a month now keep in mind I do not borrow credit because I have no need for it nor do I want it but I top up my flow sim regularly an every weekend they keep sending SMS messages saying I only have a balance of 0.01 which makes absolutely no sense this has gotten out of hand and this cannot continue ive reached out to there quote "Customer Service Team" quote" pay robot every single call a robot" and ive yet to get a response so now it really seems as if im supposed to just stop using flow services overall because there main service is usually use is the WiFi an now there's no WiFi post hurricane an I see now efforts being made to renew these Services an the other only thing a plan which quite frankly never yet a work ive yet to activate a working 'FLOW" plan. I dont know if flow read these responses but something needs to be done and my unused credit needs to be returned not of which was free credit is not free an I refuse to waste my money purchasing it for it to be stolen/deducted.

The absolute worst customer service in…

The absolute worst customer service in Jamaica. The service is exhausting and ineffective they use WhatsApp so they can avoid our problems start talking to us and just disappear and when your on call the wait time takes ages and they try multiple times to WhatsApp where they will dismiss your issue
