Yesterday when I tried to get on my Netflix that I've had for the last ten years dish had a sign on my TV that I was losing asses to my Netflix soon because they want me to upgrade. I called and I got some lady she was very pushy wanting me to get internet with them would not listen to me so, I finally just said forget it as soon as my contract is up I am going back to cox for cable

First, they have dropped channels that were listed when I signed up. Now, they have totally messed up the channel guide. It is barely useable. I cannot run down the channels in a "future" hour. Also, they no longer give adequate info on each show. No more dates. Australian Open in on, no info on which part is showing. This is so not OK. I will have to start looking at my options. Most of my channels are Christian ****; I have no interest. The next choice is sales sites. Why on earth would I pay to watch them? I should be PAID to watch ads. I'm fed up.

Frustrating account issues.

I encountered problems accessing my account, which was previously fine. I wanted to use a specific streaming service but faced subscription issues. Signing up with this provider has been one of my biggest mistakes. The support team seems more focused on payments than on resolving issues. I strongly advise against choosing this provider!

Service has become a complete disappointment.

The service is a total joke now! After being a loyal customer for over a decade, I’m frustrated. I recommend looking elsewhere. There’s been a 25% price increase, and support is nonexistent, especially the local representatives. It’s only going to get worse!

Terrible customer service experience.

The customer service here is the worst I have ever encountered. The service has not been functioning as promised, using the internet instead of the satellite connection we pay for. After a difficult interaction with tech support, I was left without resolution. The follow-up was equally frustrating, and despite my attempts to communicate clearly, I received no help. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

Extremely disappointing experience!

This company is the worst!! They show no loyalty to long-term customers, with constant price hikes and misleading billing information. The wait times exceed an hour just to reach someone. I strongly advise against using this service; we are actively searching for a different provider!

Billing issues causing major frustration.

The billing department is out of control! I set up an automatic payment for my cable bill, and they charged my card immediately instead of on the due date. I tried to reach out for help but faced long wait times and no response. Now, my account is drained, and I’m left with no money for essentials. It's disappointing how businesses prioritize profit over customer care.

Horrendous cancellation process.

After being a loyal customer for 17 years, trying to cancel my service turned into a frustrating experience. I felt pressured to stay, and the representative failed to acknowledge my loyalty. It took 22 minutes just to disconnect, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

Confusing cancellation process.

When I tried to cancel my service, I was offered one month free, but then they charged me for local channels. I was even locked out of my account during the 'free' month. It feels unfair to be charged for a service I couldn’t even access.

Dismal customer service.

As a long-time customer, I’m disappointed with the decline in service quality. I was told a ticket was created for my issue, but after two weeks of no follow-up, I faced long wait times and unhelpful representatives.
