My order has not been delivered. I placed it on November 19th, 2025, and there have been no updates. No responses on WhatsApp, calls, or emails. This is utterly disgraceful. They seem unprofessional and untrustworthy. I regret placing an order with them.
It took 20 days just to dispatch my order, which is incredibly poor management. Not delivery, just dispatch. The seller took nearly 20 days to hand my order to the courier. Once it was picked up, it moved quickly, indicating the delay was on their end. There were no updates or accountability. I initially thought I deleted the confirmation email and contacted them on social media, sharing my payment details. They claimed my order was 'being processed' and would be dispatched within 2–3 working days. After 20 days, I received nothing—no tracking ID, no dispatch notification, and no response to my inquiries. I ordered under a 'Get 1 Free Brownie' offer and only received one after the long delay. This experience has completely shattered my trust. If you value your time and money, think twice before ordering. Not every brand deserves a chance. When the product finally arrived, it didn't resemble a blueberry brownie at all. I didn't consume it due to its suspicious appearance. This experience has been mentally exhausting—delays, missing items, no customer support, and a product that didn't meet expectations—completely unacceptable. They still haven't responded to my emails or messages.
The product quality is very poor. There is no customer support; they only provided a number that no one answers.
