Excitement turned to disappointment

I was eagerly anticipating this product due to its high recommendations! However, we encountered major issues during assembly as it didn’t come with the right number of screws. The assembly instructions were complex, and the drill didn’t fit properly, indicating a poor design. It would have been advantageous for the panels to feature built-in plastic drawers for easier cleaning. Even cheaper options provide these to protect the wood. I know vinyl flooring can be used, but pull-out trays are far more effective for deep cleaning. Once put together, it looks great, but the design could definitely be improved.

Disappointed - challenging assembly

I was really looking forward to this product based on recommendations! However, we faced difficulty in assembly as it didn’t include the correct number of screws. The assembly process was quite complicated, and the drill didn’t fit, showcasing a poor design. Cat house.

I didn't expect an amazing product since I was only looking for something affordable. I can't comment on the product's quality yet because, after having it for a couple of weeks, I still haven't managed to assemble it on my own.
