Upon unboxing, the item was also damaged and did not match the website description. I ordered it for its timber legs, but it arrived with black metal legs instead. When I contacted the company, they offered a minimal refund and suggested I fix the damage myself, stating the photo was outdated, which isn't my concern. Now it's become a problem for me.

I purchased a beautiful leather sofa and love seat that were delivered as promised by professional delivery personnel who set up the furniture with care. The sofa and love seat also featured massage functions, and when one of the chair's lumbar support stopped working, the owner promptly sent a technician to fix it. Very satisfied with their customer service. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
