good value and communications on delivery

good communication from placing order to arrival of the part which was very well priced. A reasonable part identification service in that comms was prompt and identified 2 possible options that would fit but suggested either would work in my gravity fed system which was not correct.

Whatever happened to the personal touch

Whatever happened to the personal touch. Having been left totally frustrated with automated telephone conversations with respect to me not receiving the goods in a timely manner. I finally got through to a very helpful gentleman who understood my concerns and dispatched another unit the same day by the postal service for which I received the next day. All fitted and working well. I do not know the chaps name but I would say thank you to a first rate employee
