Brilliant! three times now Di Vapor have come to my rescue with spares for my 12 years old+ Bathstore taps and shower, if I have not been sure about the part I have sent a photo of the old part and they have matched it each time... lifesavers and always polite and professional and very helpful
Excellent website to identify exactly the correct shower cartridge, with detailed drawings showing dimensions etc. Excellent call centre help, once I got through. Good returns policy if ordered incorrectly. So overall definitely a five star service.
Couldn’t find a kitchen tap cartridge to fit my tap nearly give up and bought a new tap. However with perseverance I managed to find the make of my tap…FRANKE. and the rest is history.
