The wrong size of suit was shipped

The wrong size of suit was shipped. Hence the 2 stars however your staff were most responsive to the problem (could be a 5 if resolved) but it has not as yet been resolved. Update - new suit is on its way and I am most impressed with their customer service. In hindsight the 2 star was a tad harsh. I have uprated to a 5 for customer service
