Dive Right In Scuba is the dive shop I wish we had locally. When I need something they have it..... That's saying something as I have been diving for thirty years. My shop is stocked better than most dive shops! But even I need something here and there. Dive Right in Scuba fits the bill. I really wish they were closer because I could really use a dive shop that could do my mixed gas for me. I've got my own compressor, but I can't do my Nitrox and 100% O2 in my shop. So, I think Dive Right in Scuba should open a new branch in Port Washington Wisconsin and run a charter service to the local wrecks. Well, just dreaming there! LOL. Thank you for your great service over the years!

I ordered a set of twin tanks and was…

I ordered a set of twin tanks and was informed that the manifold was not in stock. This would result in an estimated 10 day delay. After 10 days the manifold was still not to be found. (COVID supply issues) After i expressed my disappointment Dive Right In Scuba had a more expensive manifold shipped out to me and expedited 2nd day air the tanks to me. Wow ! And this was all at no additional cost to me. Great customer service.

I have ordered twice from Dive Right in…

I have ordered twice from Dive Right in Scuba. I ordered a Drysuit almost 4 months ago and still have not received it. I have been updated whenever I check up on it, but have gotten two different explanations as to why the long delay. I don't know if it is DRIS getting mixed explanations from the maker or not, but it is frustrating since I don't know if the latest will change.My second order, I had to replace my choices for 2/3 of the items because they were not in stock, after already paying for them. The last item was also not in stock and I had to wait a couple of weeks for it,This would not be an issue if everything was communicated up front on the item page when ordering. But it took two different email exchanges to get the order set.In both instances the staff was kind and wanted to help and make up for the hiccups that occurred but the buying process was more complicated than what I would want.
