I ordered a BC online from DRIS, after receiving less than favorable news of an extended delay on receiving the BC, I promptly emailed DRIS with my concerns. I received an email which was followed up directly with a phone call from the owner expressing his concern for the delay and would look into it. Here is where DRIS really stood out and went above and beyond to satisfy the needs of their customers. The DRIS Team found the exact BC I purchased off their site, from another vendor and had it drop shipped directly to me without hesitation. In fact, the package arrived two days early. I commend Mike & His team they should take pride in themselves.
I have purchased a number of pieces of dive gear fro DRIS over the years. This includes regulators, wetsuits and other assorted bits of equipment. They have always been quick and if I needed to exchange (wetsuit boots) or even have a problem (poorly adjusted regulator factory new) they handled the problem to my satisfaction very quickly. I recently sent them a reg to service and I had it back within a weeks time frame. I will continue doing business with them into the foreseeable future. Kasia is cool too!
