Review Time
Two day shipping took 7 days to arrive, but since I was only in FL for 4 days, the package turned up after I had left. My query on the DiveRightInScuba ticket system went unanswered for 9 days, and whilst I eventually got the courtesy "oops" response, the issue was still not resolved as of this writingUPDATE :: within the same day of this review, DRIS were in contact, and refunded me the cost of expedited shipping, plus the cost of transport for me to get the package. I raise rating from 1 -> 2.
The thing I like about Dive Right is they offer both new items as well as "used" items. The items I purchased were new but out of the packaging. The price being asked was fantastic for the product so it was a no brainer to order.They shipped fast and communicated well with the shipping info.The items arrived safe and securely packaged.I will most definitely look at their website first when its time to update my dive gear!
