Great organization. Great costumer service. When I ordered a dive light it showed up without the battery charger. I called, they answered and with no red tape they overnighted the charger. Thing happen but it is how you respond that matters the most. I highly recommend Dive Rifht In Scuba for all your purchases.
Been wanting the Dive Rite XT fins for a while and when they had nice discount on Black Friday I just had to get them. This is the best online dive shop. Period. Ultra fast shipping and top class customer service, I will definitely shop here again :)
Ordered my Dive Rite Transpac online and picked up just the harness at the store (so I could try it on). The wing and weight pockets were out of stock due to the sale, no big deal. Received the wing and pockets and found the corrugated hose and LP hose to be too short. I called and they will be swapping them out for longer ones- no problem, no hassle. Thanks DRIS!
