2nd order in a row that ended up with a long delay when the website says an item is in stock that's not actually in stock. No notice was given and no option to cancel and order from someone who really has the item on hand. Order from their competition in NYC arrived in 3 days with free shipping. They took over 2 weeks.

Impressive Customer Service

Although the item that I wanted was out-of-stock I was immediately provided via email an estimated shipping date. True to their word I got an email with a USPS priority shipping tracking number. Not on Dive Right In Scuba's accord, I got a USPS notification indicating that the item had been delivered but it was nowhere to be found. Dive Right In Scuba was kind enough to send a replacement, I can't ask for better service than that. I'll consider them for future purchases for sure.

All items were in stock but there was a delay in shipping. After one week, I called and the shipment went out the next day. Overall, pretty good, but they slipped on this order.
