Ordered treadmill on Feb 10th, told that it would be shipped right away. Still no movement. No order update. Contacted customer service. No response. Told them to cancel my order, then got a response and made offer. Told to cancel order. Again made more offers and that they would ship right away. I sent email back asking for clarification and when I would expect my treadmill, and no response now again from YESOUL. Silence. So again sent email to cancel order or would file fraud with credit card company. Still no response, silence. They offer fast shipping of a product, then don’t follow through, and go silent. Do not recommend.
I purchased this treadmill on January 28th and was excited to set it up but the experience has been extremely frustrating.
The original shipment did not include the screws required to assemble the treadmill, making it unusable. After waiting nearly a week for a response, customer service requested multiple photos including the manual with specific sections circled and the product ID number. I provided everything requested.
After additional delays, replacement parts were finally sent but they were for an outdated version and do not match my treadmill model. The treadmill remains unusable.I have reached out again requesting the correct updated screws and expedited shipping, but it has now been several days without a response.
I am simply asking for the correct parts so I can assemble and use the product I paid for. I hope this can be resolved promptly.
Ordered the bike beginning of January with 2-4 days delivery otherwise customer service would contact me (written on their own webpage). I waited 10days: no bike, no contact from customer service so I asked and got the feedback it is sold out and it will take several weeks but they promised: “Once it arrives, your order will be prioritized for shipment.” and “Our logistics team will continue to closely monitor the shipment and keep you informed of any updates as soon as they become available.”
Still no proactive feedback and when I contacted again I got the feedback that the bikes arrived on Thursday and are in stock now. Keep in mind that I got the promise of priority shipment: until Saturday nothing happened. I received after contacting the customer service the feedback: due to weekend it will be shipped on Monday.
On Monday no shipment information, no feedback.
Interesting how Yesoul priority service feels like.
Still no bike, no shipment, no update, only silence.
So I cannot recommend to order from Yesoul.
Since I purchased the company's service, it has always revolved around helping to answer all my questions and resolve any problems that arose between the purchase and delivery. Thank you for your attention.
The bike is of exceptional quality, far surpassing any other exercise equipment I've had before. The instructor-led content available through the subscription service has also been quite impressive. However, there are areas that could be enhanced: the software and its connection to phones can be somewhat awkward, as it requires using an Android phone as a mousepad while casting to the bike's screen. A touch screen would have made it more user-friendly, but I recognize that this would likely increase the overall cost.
I purchased a recumbent bike from a fitness company. Overall, the bike is fantastic. It is comfortable, quiet (after some adjustments), and the screen is very user-friendly, which motivates me to use it more. Although I had to tighten a few screws to eliminate a squeak, the support team was very responsive, even during the holiday season. They requested a video, which I provided, and they offered a solution that worked perfectly. I highly recommend this company and give them 5 well-deserved stars!
I bought the G1 max for my wife as a Christmas gift. The bike arrived promptly and was simple to put together. She absolutely loves it! She participates in many spin classes and mentions that the bike is sturdy and very well made. Highly recommend!!!

I placed my order on 6/12, and it arrived in Melbourne, AU the very next day, on 13/12, in excellent condition. The assembly video was incredibly straightforward, allowing me to set it up quickly. I've been using it for 2 days now, and it's been a seamless and smooth experience — I'm truly impressed! The large screen and powerful speakers enhance every ride, making it even more enjoyable. This is my second bike from this brand, and the quality and consistency in build are remarkable. I highly recommend it!
