2 Strikes.....

I have placed two orders with this shop because they are supporters of ScubaBoard. The first order placed a while ago was for a Zegal Express Tech. The order was placed. Once placed I received notice there were none in stock but they would be replaced in a week. Did not happen. After a few weeks I cancelled the order. I decided to try again with another order for a pony bottle set up. The item on the site was for a 40 but I needed a smaller size. I emailed and asked if there was a smaller size available. I did receive a quick response indicating yes they could adjust the size. They indicated to put it in the note section of the order. I did place and order with a note. I received notice that a part was on backorder and the order would be delayed. After a couple follow ups and a longer time that necessary I did recieve a product for the 40 with no adjustment. Dive Right does have a nice site and marketing campaign.
