I purchased a scuba sausage for an upcoming trip to Grand Cayman with my friends. As suggested on their order page I told them the date I needed it by. A day or two after the order I got an email telling me the item was not in stock and would take several days for them to order it. I responded that i needed it for a trip and to cancel the order. I got no response and the item was at my house after I returned from my trip.1. Their site should have said the item was out of stock. No excuse for that these days.2. They never referenced the note I added about my trip date. I presume they ignored it or didn't bother to read the note at all in the comments box of the order, even though they suggested telling them when the item was needed.3. And this is a biggy! They ignored my request to cancel the order due to the lack of the item. They took it upon themselves to ship the item anyway AFTER I had left for my trip.They failed at every opportunity. Sad!
Product was not as told on the phone.Swimming Skins [ SCUBA ] Told 1.5 mm thick neoprene. This is a thin flexible suit with slight thermal properties.PRODUCT WAS NOT 1.5mm thick AND NO neoprene, JUST Lycra and maybe nylon , about < 0.3mm thick maximum, Disappointed in two people I talked with to confirm product before purchase.BUT the company is good and service was friendly
