Nice and highly responsive.

I ordered a BCD package and a dive computer and needed it for a dive weekend. They made sure it was delivered on time, helped me with the size of my BCD and was very responsive at all times. Highly recommend using their service no mater where you are located.Tyler

Haven’t had a chance to try the dry seal purchased. The customer support was very good. Quick response via email & very helpful suggestions for application.

Awesome service

I ordered the SI Tech Permanent wrist system and The guys took time to make sure I orderd the right product for my needs and everything I would need for a successful repair. My order arrived quickly but was missing an item(stuff happens). No problem, a quick call and a replacement was sent immediately. I had to make one more call to ask an installation question before i started cutting and got the answers I needed. 100% satisfied.

Cheap tanks, subsidized by spam.

Ordered a couple AL80 tanks and asked DRIS to match a competitor's price, which they did without any fuss. I'm super happy with the tanks and with service from DRIS. I would give DRIS five stars, were it not for the emails. Jesus, the emails. They never stop. Buy one thing, and suddenly I'm getting emails asking me to take another look at products I never looked at, to rate my experience with DRIS, to update my profile, et cetera, ad nauseam. I've gotten ~30 emails in 20 days, not including the ones confirming a purchase or pertaining to shipping, and not including the ones that got caught by my spam filter. I wouldn't hesitate to get gear from DRIS, but if I could do it again, I'd make a dedicated email address so that I don't have to deal with all the spam.

Month Long Debacle After Purchasing a $530 Drysuit Undergarment

Purchased a $530 drysuit undergarment, which has been great, but the experience with DRIS was not good. I chose the 'free' shipping option, which normally would make it to my place in a week (if shipped on time), however, they appeared to not have the item in stock as they were asking for when I needed the item by (they would not admit to not having it in stock). The need-by-date was right at the 10day mark for the free shipping SLA, which they committed to. The package was then shipped 2-days before this date, via UPS Ground, and a delivery date now 13 business days past purchase date! I then had to contact DRIS and complain about them missing the SLA and screwing over my dive plans. They shipped another package with overnight delivery, which did arrive on time. Then I come to find out that they shipped the package without the DrySac that was supposed to be included in the package I bought. I then had to complain about this miss, which they then shipped out a DrySac a few days later. Then it turns out the DrySac they shipped was a 5L DrySac (good for small items), but they should have shipped the 30L one that is intended to fit the undergarment in. Ugh, so once again I have to complain that they've screwed up yet again. I then contact Fourth Element myself to determine what DrySac was supposed to be included, and forward this info to DRIS to take action. Finally a week later, I get the 30L DrySac - and a full month later, I have the correct items I ordered. Lesson learned - don't buy from DRIS if you're buying anything that has any sort of complexity. I certainly wouldn't be trusting them with any SCUBA life support gear with this level of disorganization!
