I was looking for a suitable replacement part for tank backpac and my sales person was not familiar with the component I needed and they talked with associate(s) to get the answer I needed.
You guys are better than an ice cold adult beverage at the end of a great dive day. I had made a mistake ordering a hi vis yellow hose for my octo instead of the mellow yellow. I called and you fixed it right away. Then we had a long fun talk about Chicago, my home town. Shipping was super fast too.
The team here was great and helpful in working with me on an online order that I was trying to pick up in store. It would have been useful if the email confirmation they sent out would let you know that you are not able to order online and pick it up the next business' day.It had taken them some time to get the order delivered to the correct store location but everything worked out. I wish they would have asked what O2 concentration you would have liked in your cylinder before filling it though. Overall it was a good experience.
It was great customer service right away! I wish all dive shops had this enthusiasm when serving customers and make them feel like family! The Ocean Reef Neptune III backpack is a superb product and can hold a hell of a lot of gear!
