Hose I ordered did not fit my first…

Hose I ordered did not fit my first stage. Was told I would have to by a new regulator. I only use this setup for changing damaged props at the lake. Told I could order an adapter. Sent email asking to send the adapter 3 weeks ago. No response.

Sales and customer service were…excellent

Sales and customer service were excellent. My only gripe is paying almost $200 shipping on a $2100 purchase. Living in Hawaii, I buy a lot of stuff online, so I know you could do better. Other companies do.

Very professional and helpful

Got a great dive light. I called to see if I would have the product in time for my trip. It arrived two days before it was promised and they could not have been nicer on the telephone. Best price and free shipping as well. What's not to like?
