Review Time
At the time of placing an order, it would be helpful if it showed whether or not you have the item in stock. As it was, you took my order than emailed the next day informing me that one item was not in stock and that it would be a week before more would arrive. Also, you did not ship the remainder of the products that I had ordered until the out of stock item was restocked. Every on line company that I deal with lets me see at the time of ordering whether or not a product is in stock and if not in stock send me all the other products that I may have ordered at that time. Otherwise, your staff was friendly and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
Costumer service is fast to respond and very helpful. They matched the price of an item for me even after several days of my purchase. They notified me of parts that weren’t in stock and worked with me to get everything by my need date. I will continue to purchase from this company over any other company including Amazon (regardless of having 2 day free shipping). I know that I am going to get quality parts and unbeatable customer service with Dive Right in Scuba.
I had some questions regarding the tank and shipment. An associate gave me all the right answers and I made the purchase. Some companies are too lazy to fill out the customs form for FPO address shipment, thank goodness DRIS will do it. Good product, good price and good customer service. Thank you.
