I recently ordered several different length braided low pressure hoses, a couple of wetsuit and BC hangars, as well as a used Andy's 200g Thinsulate undergarment. Other than the 96" hose being discontinued, the service was great and I am very pleased. Thank you DRIS.

Great communication

Great communication. I had mixed order with a number of different items on back order. I elected to have them all ship together. I had order status emails for each item as they arrived, before shipping from the warehouse.

We ordered 2 Stahlsac bags that were…

We ordered 2 Stahlsac bags that were backordered due to supply chain. They took a couple of months to get, but they were great about updating me on a consistent basis based on the information they were receiving. Once they were received in their warehouse we received them in a couple of days. Awesome experience and guest service.
