There was a issue with their computer/shipping to where my order was lost in their system after I received a confirmation that my order was received. It was a bit of a mix up which Laura made right. I am a pest control small business and I have never had a issue with DIY Pest Control and I appreciate all she did for me. DIY has had my business for years and I will continue to use them for all my pest control needs. I Love their free Shipping.
