A very disappointing experience. After delivery, we found that numerous tiles were damaged across several pallets. Instead of accepting responsibility, the seller consistently questioned the damage, hid behind insurance timelines, and delayed any real solutions despite having full photographic evidence. Due to this lack of professionalism, I had to purchase replacement tiles from another supplier to complete the project, resulting in additional costs and a less satisfactory final appearance. No accountability, no urgency, and no proper customer care. I will not buy from this company again and strongly recommend others to steer clear.

I ordered tiles a few weeks ago and requested delivery between certain dates, as I would be out of the country for work afterward. The shipment was sent later than planned. As of now, I still haven't heard from the courier. The company claims tracking is unavailable and they are awaiting a response from the courier. I need to arrange a forklift for the delivery, but without communication, I don't know how to plan this. Update: I received a call from the courier that they will deliver next Monday. The only remaining issue is that the delivery was a week late.
