OK for simple stuff.

They do well on the simple stuff like Permethrin for most insects. I took their suggestions for squirrels and it was a waste of money for the pellets. We have a bad infestation of spotted lantern fly and they had no clue which is strange since it is a problem in many parts of the country. I think their "experts" must be in India or Indonesia by the responses I receive. Their shipping is fast and their product is pricey so shipping is included then displayed as "free" like so many others that think we are all stupid. Bottom line is they are OK for certain chemicals but do your research to be certain it will do what you need. You cannot trust their "expert" advice.
