I love eknives. Bought a couple Microtech from them and every time they write a note on my packaging slip thanking me. Even though this is a minute detail, stuff like this makes everything more human so I know it’s not a robot packing my order. They also include little things such as bandaids (in case you cut yourself with your new sharp knife) and a fun set of matches that says “have a knife day”. No other company I know does this which is why I love eknives. Great family, great people, great products, great service.
The knife I received from eknives.com was poorly constructed. Not sure if it was the company Or not. But either way they were supposed to inspect them prior to delivery. Speaking of delivery, & communication as a matter of fact. Both were Extremely slow.I’m normally a pretty positive guy & do my best to see the good in others/businesses. But this was just a horrible experience all together!! Take my advice Or not but I would move on to a different company with better pricing, customer service, delivery, & communication.
Second purchase from them. 1st was a new knife. 2nd was a 'pre-owned' which to my eyes looks BRAND new. Saved me $25 off 'new' and as said is perfect. Fast shipping, GREAT communication and fair prices. What else do you want. Highly recommendedThanks EK!
