DJI has Great Customer service. Whenever I call I know they are going to fix my problem before I am off the phone. Any product I bought, DJI Mic's, Drones, camera. I know they are going to work the best from other companies. That is why I am staying with DJI.
You charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order. That was 3 days ago and my package hasn’t been sent to the shipper yet. I could have placed my order with Amazon and they wouldn’t charge my credit card until it was shipped. I would have received my order today and the price was the same.
