Whole experience excellent!! ,got an "avata 2" , awesome badass drone! ,easy to fly, tutorials for everything on DJI site, Hell I bought another one! Got it today! And will probably one of the other ones , FPV!!! Feels like YOU are flying through the air !
Don't believe the people on the facebook groups claiming this website/seller is a scammer as they have this confused with Dji -us.com. Purchased from here thinking it was the same DJI website I bought from previously (dji.com) and it wasn't. This was before I saw the facebook posts. However, I received my entire order, discounts, and refund (ordered the wrong mics) without issue. I placed 2 orders that both arrived within 2 business days with tracking out of a USA warehouse to Texas. The first order I messed up and hand to return 2 items and reorder. No issues doing so using their whatsapp contact. Also the serial numbers and registration of all the items went through without issue. My order consisted of a Mini 5 pro fly more big batteries, Mic 3 dual kit, and Osmo 360. Bought everything with 2 year protection plans. Everything works perfectly and I am pretty happy with my experience.
Buyers be aware of Mini 3 falling off the sky out of nowhere. Contacted the DJI support and got quoted almost as much as for a new one as I was only one month out of warranty!!! So after 13 months of hardly using it, I have no drone and they don't care at all. Not what I would expect from such a big company...
My drone arrive new as promised in two days,no broken seals no used product, all in all I had a wonderful experience from the junk. The prices were better than Amazon and other website. It just made more sense to shop with DJI USA I am a real person and this is a real review and this is my first drone so therefore I am happy it came fast because I have to go out of town this coming Saturday and they promise it will be there in two days UPS
I placed in order for $1,800 worth of DJI gear through the DJIusa.com website and received everything as promised. I am a part 107 pilot from the Louisville Kentucky area. I am not a bot. This is a real review from a real user of the site.When you place your order, simply walk away and wait to hear from a sales person responding with tracking numbers. Don't do like I did and 'OCD' check the status, and then panic when the status says "unfulfilled". The website can indicate an error if you check the status. Don't sweat it. I canceled four transactions with two different credit cards thinking I had credit card problems. My card was charged each time. It's just the way the website displays the status. The funds were reversed back to my credit cards 100% of the time. Through all the credit card problems that I thought I had, the personnel I was in communication with had hearts made of gold. They were very good with communication and professional. I believe wholeheartedly that DJIusa.com is an official DJI operation. Rest assured that your gear will come quickly from their warehouse in California.
