I had seen that there was concern this was a scam site and had a trust score of only 22/100.I don't know why this happened because my experience has been 100/100. Any question I had was answered promptly(probably by AI) but none the less answered.Product arrived as promised and if I hadn't ordered a refurbished unit I would have thought it was new.
