We bought a Bosch slimline integrated dishwasher from Harris Electrical and paid for removal of the old one and installation. Turned out that due to poor previous installation, removing the old dishwasher was almost impossible. Instead of giving up, Simon from Harris Electrical got us an extremely experienced installer who just kept persevering until the old dishwasher was removed and the new one in. This took multiple visits and yet, there was no extra charge. Communication was great, Simon kept updating us and was friendly and encouraging. We also heard that buying local makes it much more likely that parts are genuine Bosch and not cheap made in China parts. We will definitely use themFor future purchases and highly recommend them
