Today I visited DM Keith Grimsby for their VIP Guest event, and I wanted to share just how impressed I was. From the moment I received my lanyard and VIP pass, it felt like they genuinely wanted to make the experience special — and they absolutely delivered.The showroom looked fantastic, with flags, banners, and pristine cars on display. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and offered a proper hot drink in a cup and saucer, which was a lovely touch.I was then shown around by Paul, who took the time to ask what I actually wanted from a car. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t give me a scripted sales pitch, and treated me with real courtesy and respect — even when I mentioned I didn’t like one of the car colours. He listened, he understood, and he made me feel like my preferences genuinely mattered.Given that my current car isn’t two years old until March, I wasn’t expecting anything more than a nice visit. But Paul surprised me with an offer on a new Kodiaq that I genuinely wasn’t prepared for. It threw me a little — in a good way — because the whole experience was far better than I expected.Now I’ve got a decision to make: stick with the car I love driving, or take the opportunity to move into something new. Either way, today confirmed one thing for me: I’ll definitely be returning to DM Keith Grimsby.
