Avoid this company at all costs

This company took over our bills from a previous provider but failed to transfer our internet services, claiming it wasn't under their provision. They took over our account in October 2025 and informed us only in January 2026, while charging us for internet services we weren't receiving. When I called to resolve the issue, they said there was nothing they could do. They also raised our monthly bill without explanation, despite not providing internet. When I contacted them, the representative put me on hold until I hung up. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others about their deceptive practices and poor service, so I strongly advise against this company.

Terrible experience with this company

Everything went wrong with this company. We had a fixed tariff of £75 each per month for water and electricity when we moved in May 2025. In September, our supplier changed to this company, and they overcharged us multiple times. After a week of trying to contact them, they agreed on a fixed tariff but then charged us £620 each the following month. They claimed it was a mistake, stating they thought we were six people in a one-bedroom flat. Despite their assurances, we ended up paying £256 each. After several frustrating attempts to get a refund for the overcharges, they continued to charge us incorrectly. We tried to close our account, but they demanded payment plus an additional £320 to do so. This has been an absolute nightmare. I recommend switching to another supplier.

Generally good service, but response times for resolving issues can be slow. Their replies are great, and their engagement with customers via email and the platform is commendable. I faced challenges with closing my account and refunds due to a mix-up with my property contract, which wasn't their fault, and they helped to resolve it.

Great personal contact, frustrating process

The personal contact I had was excellent, and I can't fault the representative's considerate and helpful approach. However, the systems and processes to reach him were incredibly frustrating, with confusing and incorrect communications that added stress.
