Shipping was prompt.Colour and size were as advertised.The towel did not shake of sand very well particularly after getting wet, not did it dry quickly (despite being a quick dry towel)It is a little heavy to carry but the bag has hoops which were easy to clip onto my bag. I ended up using my canga instead of the towel.I may recommend this as a pool towel or pebble beach towel but I think there are cheaper and better quality items out there
I ordered 2 'I'll wash you dry' tea towels from Dock & Bay on the 1st of February. A couple of days later I was contacted to say that the tea towels were out of stock. No problem, I opted for a refund and it was received promptly. A few days later I received a mail shot promoting tea towels and I ordered the same ones, assuming that they were new stock or returns. Confirmation of my order was received again and the amount transferred. However, today 9th February I was really annoyed to receive the same "we're now out of stock" email again, offering alternative ones or a refund. When I complained I was told there is sometimes a delay before the information from the warehouse is reflected on the website. I don't know how long they were actually out of stock before I first ordered them but it's very poor customer service that I was able to order and pay for them a second time and they are still on the website for sale 9 days after I received the first out of stock email. I can still order 'I'll wash you dry' tea towels on the website now! What a complete waste of everyone's time!
