I LOVE dock and bay! Their products are such a great find. I recently bought another tea towel and a hair towel too. I find that the material lasts well even after plenty of washes and the colours and designs are great! Would definitely recommend.
I've ordered items from here before and they are great quality, pricey but worth it especially when packing towels for holiday. they also wash up beautifully.I ordered and a few days later had confirmation items were being delivered by Royal Mail. Royal Mail delivered a package that was not Dock & Bay and I received confirmation the Dock & Bay items were delivered. As per Royal Mails request I contacted Dock & Bay to explain Royal Mail had not delivered my items and I received a response back within hours, the whole issue was dealt with brilliantly by Dock & Bay they had already scheduled a new order for me with a rush on delivery.As it happens Royal Mail delivered later on the same day they said it had been delivered and there was a mix up with the tracking of my 2 separate parcels. Dock & Bay - if you read these reviews a huge shout out to Rose in Customer Service complete legend with her communication!
These are the most wonderful towels! They do exactly what they say, dry you off quickly, dry quickly. They come in beautiful colours - I've bought 5 so far, for me & then the family. I love that they are made of recycled materials. The towel bag is a very handy addition. I've also bought 2 hair towels for Christmas gifts. Though I might have to buy myself one! They might seem expensive but, actually, they are great value. I love them.
