Review Time
I placed my order over a week ago, and there has been no progress. I tried reaching out via email and social media, but received no replies. I am very disappointed with the service and would like to know what happened to my order. How can I get in touch with customer support? Will I receive my purchase? Very poor service overall.
On their website , it says rocket speed delivery in the U.S. , but the item was shipped from S, Korea . They are totally misleading buyers . I haven’t received the item yet but due to this misleading , I already regret to order this site . Not recommended!
I ordered some eyeshadows and makeup I used to use back in Korea, and everything arrived perfectly.The website is user-friendly and well-organized by brand, so it was easy to find what I wanted.They handled the customs declaration properly, and I had no issues with delivery.There were lots of products, including new releases on sale, it was fun to browse.Shipping took about 4–5 business days, which was totally worth the wait.
I ordered some skincare stuff from DODO SKIN last week, and my package arrived exactly a week later! That's awesome!! Everything was packed really well, so nothing was broken. Plus, they have tons of K-Beauty stuff, and the prices are great. I totally recommend them.

I absolutely love this site! The selection of Korean skincare and beauty products is amazing, and everything I’ve ordered has been authentic and high quality. Compared to other sites I’ve used, the prices are better and the service is more reliable. Shipping was super faster than I expected, and everything arrived perfectly packaged. to make a long story short :1- placed an order for 9 Items of high quality Korean beauty products and I received 3 wrong products non of which were originally ordered 2- addition to wrong products, I paid a hefty customs for the 9 non existing products in the package3- I emailed customer service about the situation and still awaiting their replyI am not sure still how they will handle the issue but will let you know with updates if any ... but as of now I am really very disappointed Update: - I received a reply from customer service with an apology for mistakenly swapping my order with another. -They let me know that they were preparing to reship the original order with the correct items as soon as possible. - Finally received my products on Saturday 5th of July, but the downside is that I had to pay for customs again. All in all, they dealt well with situation and were kind in their response ( also let me keep the wrong products and not return them). I will use their services again but not for large orders as I fear that this might happen again and I might end up paying twice for costumes.Thank you
