I recently made the mistake of ordering one of these coats. Despite paying an additional delivery fee for expedited shipping, it took a week to arrive. Once it did, I found it to be far too small; it wouldn't even fit a kitten, let alone a medium-sized dog. I've requested a free return for a full refund, including the delivery charge. I used a payment service and have raised the issue with them. I really don't understand how these companies continue to operate. They must believe customers are naive, and in my case, that might be accurate. 🥺
