Placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on 9/25/25. Broke into 4 payments that I paid in full in November. I received boots in October, but did not receive the flats. I have contacted them several times. They didn’t tell me until 2/4/26 that the flats are out of stock and I haven’t been charged. I contacted several times to say I paid for the shoes and I need a refund. They tell me that since the order is so old, they can’t give me a refund and only offer a store credit. This is their fault not mine. They essentially stole $50 from me. Horrible company.
I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter, and they are not true to size. The customer service rep admitted they run small but would not refund my money. He told me that's the risk you take and could care less about doing the right thing. It is not ok when you buy an 8.5 you are sold a smaller size with no way to return. Totally false advertising. Do

Worst company I was charged separately for two pairs of boots I ordered at the beginning of December . I still have not received them and it’s the first week of January . I called customer service and they said they don’t have either pair of boots to send me . As I said they have my money . This company is a scam. Do NOT order from them
