Went to dg in Louisville ga.on a Sunday got 2 packs of deli meat it was supposed to be 2 for 5. I also got 6 cans of gravy train dog food the sign said 3 for 3. I checked out, when I got home looked at receipt. I did not get my discounts. I went back the next day with receipt. Manager told me there was no sign on the meat. We walked over to dog food the sign was still there. She could only give me one sale price on the dog food but I bought 6 of them. I told her never mind left want be back.
I wish there was a such thing as zero star stars because that exactly what I would give Dollar General in Pine Bluff AR. The young lady that was working in the store on Camden Road across from the Watson Chapel Jr. High School had the most horrible attitude. She was there by herself and she was trying to stock items and wait on customers. Get the lady some help before you loose your customers. I don't have to spend my money where the workers have bad attitudes!!!!!
I went in looking for some Xmas tree-shaped cakes, and I couldn't find any. There's only one person working in the store that I found and she was running the register and when she was through she was kind enough to show me where they were. To be frank, I was expecting her to tell me to look in the xmas candy aisle. I usually can't find this type of help there and I thought it was special.
I have never had worse customer service than I experienced with Dollar General, the stores are a disaster, the signage is extremely misleading, the prices don't say "Dollar" anything AND the countertops are disgustingly filthy!
I enjoy going to the store on HWY 92 in Dover, FL. Their shelves are well stock. Customer service is good. It's a clean store. Manager answers any questions I may have. And if I do have an issue, she is quick to resolve it. Great store that I can get in, find what I need and be on my way.
We are SO LUCKY to have Hope manage the Dollar General in Deale, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Our Dollar General is always SO neat, tidy, and not only is everything on the shelves and off the floor, but everything is pulled front! I love going into our Deale, Md. Dollar General! It is the best one I've ever been to! Thanks for making our shopping visits so pleasurable, Hope and staff!

You greeted me w/ a smile, you assisted me helping me find a specific item and I appreciate that in so many ways than one. This attitude definitely cannot be taught. Worst customer service support team ever I been having issues with the app for months as the login function is broken and doesn't work then the price keeps showing $0.00 on some of the product then looking at the image it shows two different image that is not the product like I searched up bleach it shows child diapers and the bleach image due to a major glitch and they refuse to fix it I have emailed delvoper in the app store I have flooded there email asking them to fix it not one response back or a reply back.
Dollar General located in Kalona, IA is one of my favorite stores. Located approximately 15 miles from Iowa City, I find myself frequently visiting this store for everything from cleaning supplies to paper goods and recently for everything from Halloween candy to Pop. Not only is this store well stocked, neat & tidy but the manager, Charles is pleasant and friendly. In this day and age of cross, angry people, Charles offers up a much welcomed upbeat attitude!
