Really good customer service , fantastic communication. Our WiFi went down for 19 hours on our housing estate and I had regular calls with updates and even a follow up call once the problem was fixed to check that I had no further problems.

My previous call was handled just as efficiently by another team member. While some might think, 'First World Problems,' losing internet at a holiday home, there's more to it. Our caravan park and our caravan symbolize years of hard work and sacrifice, serving as a true second home for us and others on the site. Many owners, especially the elderly or disabled, rely on broadband for essential communication, as normal mobile service can be unreliable. The internet is a lifeline for them, not just for streaming. The service from the company is consistently excellent, and the issue we faced was due to site conditions, not their fault. Service disruption again. It took a long time to resolve; the first agent couldn't fix it, and I was told someone would call me back, but that didn’t happen. I had to call again hours later, and eventually, after my follow-up, a fix was implemented.
The speed is good, but I waited two weeks for activation. On activation day, I had to wait for an engineer despite previously requesting one. The engineer resolved the issue, but the box sent was faulty, leading to another day without WiFi. I incurred additional costs for portable WiFi, which was significant since my partner works from home and we have young children. I hope there are no future issues and that it remains stable.
