Non-existent customer service. Delivery company refused to follow instructions after telling me they would. 10 days of delays and talking to delivery company only to have them return it to the company. Company’s customer service NEVER replied to my emails asking for help or refund. Felt like a total scam!
Don’t order from here, it 100% is a scam. Still waiting for them to email me back about the completely incorrect order that was sent to me weeks ago. I really regret spending money here. I thought I would save $$$ by not going to the salon but it is clearly a German scam site. I’ve emailed, left a review & followed the prompt for assistance and still nothing. Just out my money. I ordered 8 sets and received 6, none of the colors are correct except for 1! They sent me horrible like trash colors. I’m sure I’ll get another cute little response on this review like my other one but Bahar, I sent you an email and it’s still not acknowledged, can I please just get my money back at this point? What a waste.
Love the concept, but I'm not sure these have the strength for true reusability. One of my press-on nails from my favorite set has already chipped. That's disappointing. But also, there just are not as many cute options for the super short nails, either. Like, this has opened my world. The glue seems good. The nails have mostly lasted and not come off, despite multiple washings. I'm just disappointed that my favorite color chipped. Sniff.
I am happy with the durability of the nails and for me they held up for about 10 days before I felt them start to lift, so I took them off and put on a different set. I like the sticky stickers, but would not recommend the glue. I also wish their “extra short” were shorter. They are still too long for me.
Love Doonails because they are easy to use and look great! I only have used them twice so far. I found it works better to start with your dominate hand first and using the glue along with the adhesive works better for me. We can't have long or artificial nails at my job so the longest I had them on was 4 days. It is nice to be able to change them out and do different styles/shape too.
I placed an order but never received it. The tracking says delivered but I never got the order. I contacted their customer service multiple times and did not receive any response. It is a waste of time and money. I paid almost $90 and didn’t get a refund
Customer service is terrible as well. I am being charged to return their garbage! These nails are a lesson in frustration. They take an enormous amount of time to put on. I used many extra tapes since they are impossible to adhere and, once they do, the nails keep falling off (The glue is useless). Once I got the nails on, they began falling off immediately. They simply do not stay on. I attended a meeting right after putting them on with 8 red nails and two short clear ones, since two fell off. This was quite embarrassing. I removed them when I got home and tried the neutral ones, thinking the red ones were defective. These were no better. I replaced one and no sooner another fell off. I finally removed them all within the hour. They are charging me to return them.
Updated review: as mentioned below I love this product. I did hear from customer service and am completely satisfied with the resolution. It was probably just a glitch because they have been all over trying to make me happy. Huge shout-out to Serife.
I'll start with what I didn't like... The fact that one of the sets I was sent had been used. The box was open, some of the tips still had the glue on the back, missing tips, missing glue, stick, etc. Totally gross, in my opinion.
I've tried sending emails and going on their website to get resolution. Every time I go to chat they tell me it's outside of business hours and chats in a foreign language, not English. I've sent 3 emails and still no response. So their customer service is unreachable and away.
However, I love the nails. The ones that were unopened and what I ordered. The glue is difficult about 1/2 the time but I think it takes time for finesse.
I bought my first 4 sets of Doonails and immediately put one of the on when I received them. I love them! I am a cancer survivor and I will no longer get my nails done at a salon due to the chemicals. I have missed having my nails done SO MUCH. Doonails has given me back beautiful nails in a healthy way!! I am so happy! The adhesive tabs work so well & the manicure looks great for 10 days & the nails are reusable. Where has this been all my life????????!
