As an active user, I cannot recommend this service. I just lost a potential renter because their application link was malfunctioning. The error message was completely unclear to both me and the prospective tenant, making me look unprofessional. This property management software provider will leave you feeling exasperated. If you try to reach support by phone, you'll be subjected to a long wait with the repetitive assurance that "your call is important to us" before ultimately hanging up. Attempting to use their cumbersome AI chat feature only leads you to a "help center" filled with irrelevant articles. As a busy business owner, I have no interest in reading articles all day. I've tried calling, emailing, and dealing with their frustrating AI chat. Nothing has worked. This is just the latest in a series of issues I've encountered.
The AI capabilities and webinar events were a great launch to what DoorLoop is at the forefront of when it comes to managing properties well, no matter the size of your portfolio. The capabilities, effectiveness of streamlining the many hats we all wear in this industry, and its accuracy are very impressive. DoorLoop seems to be ahead of the curve on this compared to other rental management software companies by a long shot!
So far we are amazed with DoorLoop! The ease of use is wonderful, but also the customer service is OUTSTANDING! That was the main reason we left our previous property manangement software. DoorLoop has been exceptional and while we have only been using it since October 1, we are SO very happy with the software and the service! We have only had one glitch so far, but that is NOT on DoorLoop, but the merchant we are trying to connect two bank accounts to. The merchant has not connected the accounts, but we are VERY happy with DoorLoop thus far! I can very happily give them a HIGH FIVE reference!
I had been searching for an alternative property management software when I discovered DoorLoop. Their platform is comprehensive and adaptable, helping to address challenges I faced with previous processes and procedures. They are very responsive—something I found lacking with my previous provider. While no company is perfect, I genuinely appreciate their efforts to create a straightforward, fully integrated property management solution.
This is a very discriminant company that hires people based on religion and discriminates against people's ethinicity. Shrin Rostamian their talent recruiter is a horrible person that asked me about my religion during the interview process and then rejected my application couple of days later. I found this to be a very horrible process interviewing with Doorloop. I would not work with them at all.
